phalgo Terms & Conditions

1 Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions shall apply:

• "Platform" means the phalgo website, mobile web application, and all associated services accessible at phalgo.cam.
• "Account" means the registered user account created by a Player on the phalgo Platform.
• "Player" or "User" means any individual who registers an Account on the phalgo Platform.
• "Balance" means the funds held in a Player's phalgo Account, denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱).
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free spins, or incentive amounts credited to a Player's Account that are subject to wagering requirements.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity verification process required under Philippine anti-money-laundering regulations.
• "PAGCOR" means the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the government body responsible for regulating gaming activities in the Philippines.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country, territory, or region other than the Republic of the Philippines, or any jurisdiction from which accessing online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.

2 Eligibility

To register and maintain an Account on the phalgo Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You are at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during use of the Platform.
• You are a natural person and not a corporate entity, trust, or other non-human legal entity.
• You are physically located within the Republic of the Philippines at the time of placing bets or otherwise using the gaming services.
• You are not registered on any self-exclusion list, including any PAGCOR-administered exclusion registry.
• You are not accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction.
• You have not previously had an Account terminated by phalgo for a violation of these Terms.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, representative, or nominee of any other person.

phalgo reserves the right to request documentation to verify any eligibility criterion at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable period may result in Account suspension or termination.

3 Account Registration & KYC

3.1 Registration Requirements

To create an Account, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including, but not limited to: your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile phone number, and a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of this information and must notify phalgo immediately of any changes.

3.2 Single Account Policy

Each Player may hold only one Account on the phalgo Platform. Opening or maintaining multiple Accounts — whether using the same or different personal details, devices, payment methods, or IP addresses — is strictly prohibited. phalgo will close all duplicate Accounts and may, in its sole discretion, void any transactions and forfeit all associated balances where multiple Accounts are detected.

3.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

phalgo is required by Philippine law to verify the identity of all Players before processing withdrawals. KYC verification requires submission of a valid Philippine government-issued photo identification document. Acceptable documents include: Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA) National ID, UMID card, driver's license, passport, or Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) ID. phalgo may request additional supporting documents at its discretion.

3.4 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your Account credentials. You must not share your password with any other person. phalgo will never ask you for your password via any communication channel. Any activity conducted through your Account is your sole responsibility unless you have notified phalgo of unauthorized access.

4 Deposits & Payments

phalgo accepts deposits via the following methods available to Philippine residents: GCash, PayMaya, BPI Online Banking, BDO Online Banking, Metrobank Online Banking, USDT (Tether), and Bitcoin (BTC). The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. All Account balances are held in Philippine Peso (PHP).

Deposits made via GCash or PayMaya are typically reflected in your Account balance within 60 seconds of successful payment confirmation. Bank transfer deposits may take longer depending on the processing times of the sending institution. Cryptocurrency deposits are subject to blockchain confirmation requirements.

phalgo does not charge deposit fees. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction fees independent of phalgo. phalgo is not responsible for any third-party transaction charges.

5 Withdrawals

5.1 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests from Players with completed KYC verification are processed by phalgo in the following timeframes: GCash and PayMaya — 5 to 30 minutes; BPI, BDO, and Metrobank — same business day; cryptocurrency — subject to blockchain processing times. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200 for e-wallet methods. phalgo does not charge withdrawal fees.

5.2 Withdrawal Conditions

The following conditions apply to all withdrawal requests:

• KYC verification must be fully completed before any withdrawal is processed.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in your own name that matches your verified Account details.
• Any Bonus Funds subject to pending wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn until those requirements are satisfied in full.
• phalgo may, in compliance with its AML obligations, request additional documentation before processing withdrawal requests above certain thresholds.

5.3 Withdrawal Refusal

phalgo reserves the right to withhold, delay, or refuse a withdrawal request if: the Player's KYC documentation is incomplete or insufficient; there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a violation of these Terms; the withdrawal conflicts with ongoing regulatory compliance requirements.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

From time to time, phalgo may offer welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, or other promotional credits to Players. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms communicated at the time of offer:

• Bonuses are available to Players who are 21 years of age or older and who have completed the required Account registration steps.
• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements that must be completed before any bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. Specific wagering multiples and eligible game contributions are set out in each promotion's individual terms.
• phalgo reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus offer at any time without prior notice.
• Only one bonus may be active at any given time unless otherwise specified in the promotion terms.
• Bonus abuse — including, but not limited to, creating multiple Accounts to claim the same promotion, exploiting technical errors, or colluding with other Players — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in forfeiture of all bonus amounts and associated winnings.
• Bonuses have an expiry date. Bonus funds and free spin rewards that are not used or wagered within the specified period will be forfeited automatically.

7 Game Rules & Fair Play

All games made available on the phalgo Platform are subject to individual game rules published within each game interface. In the event of any conflict between the game rules displayed within a game and these Terms, these Terms shall prevail except where the game rules specifically address a matter not covered herein.

phalgo sources its games exclusively from certified providers whose Random Number Generator (RNG) systems are independently audited for fairness. Game outcomes are generated by mathematically verified random processes and are not influenced by phalgo's operational systems, Player account status, or any other external factor.

In the event of a technical failure during a game session — including disconnection, software error, or platform malfunction — phalgo's system logs shall constitute the authoritative record for resolving any disputed outcomes. Where a malfunction clearly results in an erroneous game outcome, phalgo reserves the right to void the affected round and return the staked amount to the Player's Balance.

phalgo reserves the right to void any wager or game outcome that is the result of a technical error, software malfunction, or any form of exploitation of a game vulnerability, regardless of whether such exploitation was deliberate.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the phalgo Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate Account suspension and potential forfeiture of all balances:

• Registering or using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Providing false, incomplete, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• Opening or operating more than one Account on the Platform.
• Using any software, tool, algorithm, or automated system to gain an unfair advantage over other Players or to exploit the Platform.
• Colluding with other Players in any game with the intention of manipulating game outcomes.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, terrorist financing, or other illegal financial activity.
• Depositing funds derived from criminal activity.
• Accessing the Platform via a VPN, proxy server, or any other mechanism to circumvent geographic restrictions.
• Engaging in any conduct that disrupts, damages, or interferes with the phalgo Platform, its servers, or its other users.
• Reproducing, copying, or distributing any phalgo content without express written authorization.

9 Responsible Gaming

phalgo is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices among all Players. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered phalgo accounts and may be configured at any time from the Account settings dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Configurable alerts that notify you of the duration of your active gaming session at intervals you choose.
• Cooling-Off Period: A temporary break from gaming of 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, or 90 days. During a cooling-off period, your Account remains accessible but new deposits and game play are suspended.
• Self-Exclusion: A binding exclusion from the phalgo Platform for a period of 6 months, 1 year, 2 years, or permanently. Self-exclusion is irrevocable for the duration of the selected period and cannot be reversed by contacting support.

If you believe your gambling has become harmful to yourself or others, phalgo urges you to use the self-exclusion tool immediately and seek professional support. You may also contact our support team at any time to activate these tools on your behalf. phalgo reserves the right to impose account restrictions or closure on any Player whose behavior indicates problem gambling, regardless of whether the Player has requested such restriction.

10 Account Suspension & Termination

phalgo reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• A Player has violated any provision of these Terms.
• KYC documentation submitted is found to be fraudulent, incomplete, or unsatisfactory.
• phalgo has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other unlawful conduct.
• Regulatory requirements or court orders require phalgo to restrict or close an Account.
• A Player has initiated an unjustified chargeback on a deposit transaction.
• A Player's continued use of the Platform poses a risk to the integrity of the platform or other Players.

Upon Account termination for a violation of these Terms, phalgo reserves the right to forfeit any Balance remaining in the Account, including any winnings derived from violating conduct. Where Account termination occurs for reasons other than a Terms violation, any remaining verified real-money Balance will be refunded to the Player's last verified withdrawal method.

11 Intellectual Property

All content on the phalgo Platform — including, but not limited to, software, source code, design, graphics, logos, trademarks, trade names, game interfaces, written content, and multimedia assets — is the exclusive intellectual property of phalgo or its licensed content providers and is protected under applicable Philippine and international intellectual property law.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the phalgo Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes, subject to these Terms. This license does not permit: copying, reproducing, or distributing any Platform content; reverse engineering any software component; or using any phalgo trademark, brand name, or logo without prior written authorization.

12 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, phalgo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to: loss of winnings due to technical malfunctions; interruption of service; errors in game outcomes subsequently corrected; or unauthorized access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain adequate security practices.

phalgo's total aggregate liability to any Player for any claim arising from the use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount of the Player's total deposits made in the 30 days immediately preceding the incident giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by phalgo's negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Philippine law.

13 Privacy & Data Protection

phalgo collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and is available at phalgo.cam/privacy-policy. By accepting these Terms, you also accept the phalgo Privacy Policy in its entirety.

phalgo will share Player personal data with PAGCOR and other Philippine regulatory authorities where required to do so by law. phalgo may also share data with third-party KYC verification providers, payment processors, and fraud prevention services as necessary to operate the Platform and comply with its regulatory obligations.

14 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the use of the phalgo Platform shall first be subject to good-faith negotiation between the parties. If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within 30 days, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Republic of the Philippines.

Players who wish to raise a complaint may do so by contacting phalgo's support team via live chat or by email to the address provided in these Terms. phalgo will acknowledge all complaints within 48 hours and endeavor to resolve them within 14 business days.

15 Amendments to These Terms

phalgo reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms at any time. Material changes to the Terms will be communicated to Players via registered email address and/or a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the effective date of the change. Continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

If you do not accept any amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request closure of your Account in accordance with the procedures set out in Section 10. Any outstanding real-money Balance will be refunded to your verified withdrawal method.
